A little about me and my experience: I am 28 years old and passionate about health, fitness, and helping people improve their wellbeing. For the past five years, I have worked as a nursing assistant on a geriatric ward. In this role, I work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support elderly patients recovering from a range of health complications, from minor conditions to more serious illnesses.
I also have experience as a sports massage therapist, supporting people with a variety of musculoskeletal issues, including muscle tension, pain, reduced mobility, and sports-related injuries.
